Few things are necessary to remind yourself. When you remind yourself these few things you will become a better person. In life, we face bad days and good days as well. In every situation, we should stay happy and positive. Here are a list of few which you should remind yourself of all the time.

1. Remind Yourself to Remain Grateful about Life:

You should always grateful for your life. It’s easy to take things for granted. We don’t realize how lucky we are until something goes wrong. So, we should not treat ourselves like unlucky. We should be kind to our lives. Just remember one thing that each day is a new beginning and every morning is a new chance for  life in a new way. No doubt misdeed happens but there is always a hope to live a better life.

2. You are worthy:

To understand the worth of love, life and happiness you should have to understand how to love yourself. You should love yourself because you are one who makes your own world happy. Always respect what you have done. Just make a list of “have done’’ instead of “to do’’. Try to surround yourself with the people who lift you up not pull you down. Just remember one thing you don’t need anyone who tell you your’s worth you must know your own worth.

 “Sometimes you have to forget what you feel and remember what you deserve.’’              

3. Time is Money:

Many people don’t even know how they are spending their time and how they have to spend their time. You should not be occupied with those things in which you are not interested. Time management is very important. Spend your time with those things you are passionate about.

4. Remind yourself, it’s ok to have bad days:

Sometimes life is just hard, and some days are just rough but it is ok to have that kind of bad days. Just remember life demands happiness. If you become a miserable person just because a few bad days nobody will enjoy your presence and even you also don’t like yourself. Every human on this planet has a bad, sad and a draggy day. Just try to keep yourself calm and do things which makes you happy.  I think:

5. Failure is a new path to success:

Failure is probably an aspect of life. Many people live with the fear of failure and don’t take any risk and then they don’t get any success. So, even know the meaning of success, failure is also a part of life and if you can’t handle it you will never know the value of success.

 “If you can’t handle failure,  you can’t handle success’’.

6. Remind yourself not to give up:

Stay strong, keep going and never give up because the next road is always ahead. If you will be deleting an “I want to quit’’ from your mind’s dictionary and add, “I can do anything’’ in your mind’s dictionary you will become a very successful person. You never know how strong you are until you achieve something you can’t even think of. Fall down nine times, get back to the tenth! There is nothing in this world you can’t achieve when you set your mind and believe yourself.
 “If you fall behind, run faster. Never give up, never surrender, and rise up against the odd’’.

7. Stay in present:

Being present can really be difficult and sometimes we need a little nudge to remind ourselves to stay in the moment. When you lose your focus from your present and always think about your past and future you are actually ruining your present. Sometimes it became a struggle to stay in the present, but remember that you can’t change your past and can’t live in your future at the same time. So don’t spoil you today because of your yesterday and tomorrow.

8. What people think is Irrelevant:

If you are worrying about what other people think, you will never really focus on what you want in your life. Let people judge you misunderstand you, think bad about you, gossips about you let them hate you also but never let them control you and your thoughts. Don’t be like them never hold on with any grudges. Be kind and keep shining and let the haters hate. As “Lao Tzu’’ said:
 “Care about people approval  and you will be their prisoner’’.

9. Its ok to be alone:

You always should understand it’s ok to be alone because sometimes things became worse and we just need to step back and re-evaluate that particular situation. When we are going through from our healing period, we should spend a lot of time alone and become your own best friend. So, it is important to spend some quality time with yourself for understanding that you are enough for yourself.
 “The best part about being alone is that, you really don’t have to answer anybody’’.

10. You are not always in control:

Sometimes when you treated unfairly and get angry, you can lose your control because always behave in a good manner isn’t good. Sometimes we can’t predict about and the things which will happen to us and also about our reaction to that. So, in that situation, you just have to stop pushing and let go.
“You cannot always control what goes on outside, But you can always control what goes on the  inside’’.

11. Don’t hold on with your feelings:

Few situations make us feel like we are dead and breathing because we feel that type of situations a lot. I understand that depression, heartbreak and losing someone hurts a lot. But you should control your feeling and don’t hold on with. Holding on with anything can easily ruin your life.

12. Your mistakes doesn’t define you:

Remember one thing everyone can make mistakes. You shouldn’t think about peoples opinion and also should not think that you will be defined by your mistakes. Try to learn from your mistakes and one day you will become a successful person at that time you will realize that you become a much better person after learning from your mistakes.

13. You deserve to be Happy:

Just remember one thing that happiness is everyone’s right and you also deserve to be happy. Don’t think happiness always followed by sadness. Don’t let anyone steal your happiness away from you. When you count your blessing I am sure you will definitely be happy. One important thing which can make you happy anytime is you are alive and can do anything you want to do in your life.
“You deserve to be happy and you deserve to live a life you are excited about. Don’t  let other makes you forget that’’.

14. Hope is a powerful thing:

Failure, disappointments, heartbreak everything you have to face in your life, but don’t forget that there is hope. Hope is the strongest thing in the world. Hope always gives a person the courage to live. When you learn two things hope and patient you will become the most powerful person in the world. In every situation, just remember one thing when

“There’s hope, there’s life’’.

15. Remind yourself that you are human:

This is the biggest reminder of them all. You make mistakes, you became a failure, you will hurt by other people, you face depression, you hurt someone, sometimes you want to beat yourself, but over on any of these things just remind yourself that like everyone you are also an imperfect human being.

  “Don’t try to be perfect; just be an excellent example of a human being’’.


So, everything has a beginning and an end. We just need to understand that happiness is the key to success. When we don’t remind ourselves a few things our life became worst. If we hold on with any feelings, grudges, and depression and start to lose hope we will not become a happy and a successful person.
 “It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and to  make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary’’.
