What is Self Analysis
Self Analysis is a technique, which will help you to improve yourself at different levels. You can analyze your daily life and its events, some of the mistakes you did that you will never repeat in future. This will help to improve yourself and increase confidence. After loosing a battle , if you do self analysis than only you find a new way to win the war.
There are different types of self-analysis. There are some questions , which you will ask to your inner soul. The statements, which you will say when you analyze yourself. You can ask these questions to your inner soul , in the end of each day. When you go to sleep, then your mind is relaxed and it’s the best time for self analysis.
Steps to do Self Analysis
Here are some steps to do self analysis. Just ask yourself these questions one by one and write down the answers in a notebook or diary. You will be surprised with the results, which you will get after doing this exercise for some days.
- What is my greatest achievement?
- What is my greatest happiness?
- What did i do today?
- Did I defeat myself in any situation today? Why so?
- Do I need to change myself or my attitude ? Why so?
You have to do something , you have never done before . Then only you will know , how much strength you have within yourself to make it happen or not . If you successfully do it then you will feel that your life is successful. Your mind, body and soul are satisfied. At last you can say proudly to yourself – i won the battle of life .
