Each person’s sense of self is directly related to how they feel about themselves, their levels of self-esteem, and confidence or lack thereof. Sense of self develops when you believe in your own self. Self believe is a thing which comes to within not from other sources. What others think is none of your business. It’s only you who can give the best advice for your own self. Appreciation from others is also great, but that doesn’t mean they are the judge of your personality.

Hobbies also play an important role in self-development. Hobbies also allow each person to discover more about who they are and what they like. Knowledge of self is critical to the perception of oneself. After all, how can you know who you are if you don’t know what you enjoy doing in your spare time?
