Fear is one of the most basic human emotions, both physical and emotional. It is also a complex that varies from person to person.
Everyone experiences fear in different ways. Everyone is afraid of different things. It affects us differently, we experience it differently, and it doesn’t wear the same mask twice.
So, what is fear? Well, fear can be said to be a combination of feelings and thoughts that tell us something is in danger.
Solidad O’Brien says that :
“I’ve learned that fear limits you and your vision. It serves as blinders to what may be just a few steps down the road for you. The journey is valuable, but believing in your talents, your abilities, and your self-worth can empower you to walk down an even brighter path. Transforming fear into freedom – how great is that?”
How to overcome fear:
Fear is not easy to overcome. When we feel fear, it is as if our hearts have come out of our chests. We got stuck, irritated or hardened. Risks can be physical, emotional or conventional. It takes our lives. We should stay away from it but how? Filled with fear and anxiety, your past continues to grow.
Here, I have listed some steps to overcome fear.
1. Identify your fear
Identify your fears and learn more about them: Be specific about what you are most afraid of. Look at the picture in your head about this situation. What is happening to them? What are you really afraid of? Observe your interior.
When you have an idea about it, try to control it. This is the first step in overcoming your fear and knowing when and why it is happening and then you can work on it.
2. Learn and practice
Learn and practice what you claim. Try some special exercises that will help you calm down and learn what works for you. When we are in extreme distress or fear, it can sometimes be so overwhelming that you don’t know what to do and it can get worse.
Try to surround yourself which gives you the strength and positive environment to overcome the deadly fear. Practicing to overcome your fears may seem difficult. But remember you must. You are not in control of anything.
3. Share your fears
Sharing your fears can ease your anxiety, find a trusted partner, find friends, and reveal what you are afraid of.
They can help you find information about your fears and you can find some new ways to overcome your fears. Don’t worry, everyone has some kind of fear and something.
Tell someone you trust and take care of what you fear. Naming your fear will help reduce its power over you.
4. Stay present
What do you miss right now When you focus on yourself right now, you realize that this is all there is to it. You accept naturally. Now tapping can be as easy as feeling your body and breathing.
Stay informed and grounded in the present moment. Things may be wrong, but nothing can be done about you right now. You are spending all your energy on something over which you have no control.
You will be amazed at how many of our horrible thoughts are entangled in future predictions. So, work to keep yourself grounded in the present moment. It’s not easy, but it works.
Through hypnosis, you can program the right thoughts in your mind and eliminate negative thoughts and beliefs. It doesn’t work for everyone, but it works for you. May be. My brother uses it regularly to make a positive difference in his life. But remember, it is not necessary to get rid of your fears but to learn to deal with them differently.
Reading a good book about your particular fear can open new doors on how you can get rid of it. I also want to read a lot of motivational and inspiring work on and around this topic, whatever you are facing with it, remember that there is only one important thing. That you hear for yourself. It is not necessary that you get rid of your fears, because confronting your fears only makes them bigger.
7. Forgive Yourself
Sometimes it’s okay to be afraid. This helps maintain your behavior. However, you need to be strict with yourself because you are scared. The most important thing you can do is forgive yourself. This will help you to combine fear with negativity.
Forgive yourself and don’t worry about worries. Instead, focus on your own health and be happy.
It is not easy to deal with irrational fears and thoughts, but it is not always necessary to think about them. The goal of overcoming fear is not to be fearless, but to understand the fear and then learn to associate it with positive thoughts instead of negative thoughts . Once you are able to do that, you can easily deal with any situation. Don’t panic, be sensible and be happy
