If taking the small step to break the deadlock leads to delays, there is nothing to worry about, Just Start it.

Because the most important thing is to just move on and move on.

3. Reduce the daily worries.

When all around you are easily accessible, then it becomes difficult to focus.

You close the door of your office and keep your smartphone away from you in silent mode, it will reduce your anxiety for a while and you will feel calm.

4. Get motivation from people in your life.

Spend less time with negative people who are always in the details and looking for the bad.

Spend most of your time with people who are encouraging and you feel excited to meet them.

Don’t limit yourself to people close to you for encouragement.
