1. Breath deeply:

4. Avoid using drugs and drinking:
Alcohol, make you less unable to handle your frustration. It will make you more prone to visual-self-reward — you will be more likely to get back down the road and get hit with the camera again. It will reduce your capacity to reflect on what you might have missed. You’ll have the urge to drive more recklessly. That is, it’ll encourage you to have the urge to drive more recklessly. 5. Get some exercise:
Stress can also be a cause or your short temper. Exercise is the best, way to remove stress. Physical activity can help you to reduce stress.
